Pastor Andre Harris of East Palo Alto’s Born Again Christian Center knows how hard it is to readjust to life outside of prison. He spent eight years behind bars. Ever since his release more than two decades ago, though, he’s made it his mission to help those in jail, as well as those just getting out. Reconnecting them with their families is what he does best.
