Thousands Receive Census Forms With Citizenship Question

It was just weeks ago that the Supreme Court ruled that the upcoming Census cannot include a question about citizenship status. So why are thousands of people across the country and Bay Area getting Census forms that ask if they’re citizens? Census officials call it a test, but many community leaders say it’s a trick.
