Trump Walks Back Tweet Suggesting the Election Be Delayed

President Trump seemed to walk back his tweet from Thursday morning suggesting the November election be delayed. Delaying an election is not something a president has the authority to do. Political analysts are also weighing in about just what message Trump is trying to send. Ian Cull reports.
