2 Dead After Vehicle Crashes Into Light Pole in Dublin

Two men died after the vehicle they were riding in slammed into a light pole in Dublin early Thursday morning, according to police.

Two men died after the vehicle they were riding in slammed into a light pole in Dublin early Thursday morning, according to police.

The deadly crash happened around 1:45 a.m. in the area of Fallon Road and Antone Way, police said.

The vehicle appeared to be traveling south on Fallon Road when it crashed into a light pole in the center median, according to police. 

The two men, identified as 29-year-old Ethan Sellers of Walnut Creek and 35-year-old Matthew McEnerney of Dublin, were the only people in the vehicle at the time of the wreck, police said.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
