Two Victims Found “Bound and Gagged” in San Francisco

Two victims were found bound and gagged in San Francisco’s Bayview District Sunday night. NBC Bay Area’s Cheryl Hurd reports the San Francisco Police Department is still chasing leads and the identities of the two victims still haven’t been released. The incident left 20-something male dead and a girl in her late teens in critical condition.
