Warmer Weekend Ahead, Chilly 7 Day Changes

A weakening weather system will spill some mid and high clouds over the Bay Area to start the day, through clouds should begin thinning out later by evening. Temps will be rising through Monday as high pressure strengthens to start the week. We may see highs in the upper 70s to low 80s for most inland areas which could come close to breaking some records for this time of year. Don t get too used to the warm temperatures, as a wild swing to much cooler and unsettled weather arrives by Thursday.Things could get pretty interesting late Thursday into Friday as temps cool rapidly into the 50s and low 60s for highs and air aloft cools enough to allow snow possibly down to near 3,500-4,000 feet. Expect scattered showers to finish the week (with possible local mountain snow showers) and a much cooler weekend ahead for Nov 10th-11th.
