Warriors Move to SF Faces Challenging Permitting Issues

The Golden State Warriors want to move into a new arena by 2017. But building that arena — even with private money — on two San Francisco Bay piers will be a challenge for San Francisco’s notoriously byzantine permitting process. But if the team can get fast-tracked for permmitting, then maybe those new processes will filter down to the mom-and-pop businesses that are trying to get started.
