West Sacramento Police Officer Arrested for Sexual Assault

Sergio Alvarez is accused of kidnapping, raping or sexually assaulting six women — some more than once. Alvarez was arrested on 35 charges and is being held on $26.3 million bail. Richard Sharp reports from Sacramento.
