What's behind the spike in gas prices?

What’s behind the spike? Gas prices are on the rise again. AAA says gas is up a quarter compared to a month ago, putting the average cost per gallon in California at nearly $5. NBC Bay Area’s Raj Mathai spoke to John Treanor from AAA for some insight.
