Woman Buys New iPhone But Doesn't Get Verizon Rebate For Trade-In

Lalitha Anand bought a new iPhone 6 at a Verizon store last year. She says the employee there told her she’d get a $200 cash card if she surrendered her old iPhone, which she did. But Anand says she never got the cash card. Consumer Investigative Reporter Chris Chmura reports.
