Woman Cancels Gym Membership, Continues Getting Charges

NBC Bay Area responds to a South Bay woman exhausted by a gym membership mix-up. She canceled her membership in 2012 and couldn’t get thousands of dollars back she was charged for months afterward. Consumer investigator Chris Chmura reports.
