Woman Gets Billed For Medical Exam Covered by Insurance

NBC Bay Area responds to an Oakley woman whose annual exam triggered a billing dispute that dragged on half a year. A follow-up exam was supposed to be covered, but then she received a bill for $867. Consumer investigator Chris Chmura reports.
