Yes On Prop. 30 “Too Close To Call”

Late Tuesday evening, Prop. 30 was 50-50 – literally – in terms of being successful. State Schools Supt. Tom Torlakson said the state and its school children are in “big trouble” if the proposition fails. Cheryl Hurd reports.
