Zipcar Driver Arrested After Collision, Gravel Spill on Hwy. 101

A Zipcar driver was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a crash led to a gravel spill that caused a full closure of all lanes of Highway 101 in Mountain View early Thursday morning, the California Highway Patrol said. Mike Inouye and Bob Redell report.
