Semi-Truck Rolls Over Officer, Video Caught on Dashcam

The captain was directing traffic on Jan. 8, 2016, following a single-car accident in Ohio. A semi-trailer moving through the area was hit by a train, knocking the truck into the officer, Brad Moore, who is recovering.
