VIDEO: Navy Plans to Build Camp for Migrants in Concord

Time Magazine reported Friday that it has obtained exclusive documents which shows that the U.S. Navy is planning to construct detention centers to house tens of thousands of immigrants. One the short list is a former Naval Weapons Station in Concord.
