Cool Saturday, Isolated Showers

A cool upper low is slowly moving east of the Sierra later today, but still close enough to possibly toss a few more showers during the heating of the day for the inland hills of Napa, Solano, Contra Costa, Alameda and eastern Santa Clara counties until about sunset. Temps will be much cooler than you might expect for this time of year with highs only in the upper 50s to near 70 in the warmest locations.Be advised Sierra travel will look more like Winter at times with snow showers as low as 6,000 ft. and a chance for thundershowers during the afternoon as well.Sunday should see some warming for inland areas, and hopefully still enough mixing in of drier air aloft to prevent low clouds from spoiling the Golden Gate Bridge 75th anniversary fireworks show shortly after 9pm Sunday. For now, it does look like some low clouds will be spilling in. Temps will stay fairly cool into Monday, then high pressure returns for midweek warming back into the 70s and 80s for most of the Bay Area.
