Defrosting the Bay Area for Thanksgiving

Another very chilly start with 20s and 30s again will be followed by cool sunshine and highs in the 50s. Friday will likely see another frosty start but we’ll also start to see a few changes during the afternoon with increasing high clouds. These clouds will help keep Friday night’s temperature up a few more degrees but with another cold system bearing down for early Saturday – expect a chance for some relatively low snow levels across parts of the inland North Bay valleys with cool, rainy conditions for the rest of the Bay Area on Saturday. Showers should begin to end by early Sunday with breezy and cool conditions to wrap up the weekend. Have a very happy and safe Thanksgiving! – Rob Mayeda
