Matthew Wreaks Havoc on the Carolinas

Hurricane Matthew continued to wreak havoc on the east coast Saturday night, drenching the Carolinas after battering both Florida and Georgia. At least 15 people in the U.S. have died and over a million are without power. NBC News’ Mark Barger reports.
