Ocean A/C Returns With Drizzle

Ocean A/C Kicks In for Mother?s DayA deeper marine layer and solid, all day push of onshore winds will help drop temperatures to finish off the weekend. Look for upper 50s to mid 60s around the coast, peninsula and inner bay. Temps should still manage the 70s to near 80 further inland, though 70s seem more likely given the depth of the marine layer. We?ll see a good chance for more drizzle at times later tonight into Monday, perhaps even enough to fill a couple rain gauges especially for the coastal hills and near the peninsula. The other item worth watching is an upper low tracking inland over Northern California late Sunday into Monday. This system is packing mainly mid-high level moisture, however may provide just enough lift to the atmosphere on its northeast side to help power up some isolated thunder along the coastal range north of Sonoma County and over the Sierra mainly north of Truckee into Monday.Hope you enjoy your Sunday and have a very happy Mother?s Day! – Rob
