Some Warming Ahead – Rob Mayeda's Forecast

The marine layer is just slightly compressing down, closer to 1,800-2,000 ft. this morning. This hints at some briefly warmer changes well inland where highs will have a better chance at hitting the 80s over the next couple of afternoons. Meantime coastal and peninsula locations may not enjoy much of a change. The trend heading into the weekend will be mainly 60s and 70s for the coast and inner bay with some 70s to upper 80s across the Tri-Valley and southward near Morgan Hill.
