The Heat Is On – Rob Mayeda's Forecast

High pressure building in over the next few days will insure some 90s popping up inland, however the sea breeze and coastal fog won’t totally go away so some comfortable temperatures are likely to remain around San Francisco and the inner bay. Friday looks to be the hottest day inland with places near the Tri-Valley in the inland East Bay and areas south of San Jose climing to near 100 degree temperatures. Saturday we should start to see a stratus surge or build up of low clouds on the coast that will hint at cooling to kick in for Sunday. Try to keep cool over the next few afternoons especially if you live inland and away from the bay.
