Tim Cook Apologizes for App Map

It’s pretty rare for consumers NOT to be gaga over any type of Apple product. And it’s also pretty rare for Apple to apologize for anything. But early Friday, Apple CEO Tim Cook issued a statement saying the Cupertino, Calif.-based company is “extremely sorry” for the frustration that its maps application has caused and it’s doing everything it can to make it better.
