Video Forecast: More Monday Rain Followed By Warming

After a drippy start to Easter Sunday, the afternoon saw some fairly quick clearing thanks to drier air mixed in by blustery WNW winds 15-30 mph. This brief break from the showers won’t last long as another system spins in on us for Monday morning. Plan on some rain for the first half of the day, tapering off from north to south by late afternoon/evening. High pressure will build in starting Monday night which should set us up for locally breezy conditions, especially in the hilltops heading into Tuesday. We’re finally due for some mild temperatures and sunny 70s through midweek as high pressure strengthens a little more. Storms will brush by to our north for the end of the week, tossing some clouds our way but no showers are expected south of Santa Rosa to finish the week. Enjoy your Monday! – Rob Mayeda
