Videocast: Sun, Showers, Some Thunder Possible

Plan on a mix of sunshine and some showers especially south of San Jose as our next system swings across the Central Coast this afternoon. As dating heating continues, this should help destabilize things more – firing up some scattered showers and possibly some thunder at times as well. Snow levels will hover in the 2500-3000 ft. range as well today – so watch for some snow on our higher peaks. As the main trough kicks inland on Sunday we’ll likely see showers becoming more widespread then wind down into Monday. Some drying should follow for most of us early next week with occasional showers still possible for parts of the North Bay. Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
