Warming, Cooling, Warming Again

Expect a 24 hour warmup around the Bay Area on Monday as highs return to some 80s inland with 70s around the inner bay. A stronger sea breeze will drop temperatures again on Tuesday as a cut-off low sitting offshore finally moves inland just to our north as a weakening area of low pressure that appears will be moisture starved as it head inland to our north. That said, its still possible to see some showers across the North Bay with this system on Wednesday as temperatures reach their coolest point during the work week ahead with highs in the mid 60s to lower 70s. High pressure will slowly rebuild and strengthen modestly for the end of the week and approaching next weekend which will insure dry weather continues and gradually warming temperatures from Friday to Sunday. Enjoy your week! – Rob Mayeda
