Warming Inland & Continued Cool Coast – Rob Mayeda's Weekend Forecast

We’re in some pretty typical microclimate spreads for temperatures around the Bay Area heading into the weekend. Coastal clouds and a persistent sea breeze will keep the shoreline and Peninsula stuck in the 60s for the next few days however inland areas will benefit from a slightly stronger ridge of high pressure – meaning less marine cooling during the next couple of afternoons. Inland highs mainly for places like the TriValley and areas south of San Jose will approach the upper 80s to lower 90s through Saturday. A stronger sea breeze will insure inland areas cool down again by Monday.
