Wednesday will bring an interesting mix of weather to the Bay Area and Northern California. Sunshine/showers, with some small hail with heavier showers and a slight risk of some isolated thunder during the day. For the Sierra another 6″-8″ of snow could fall about 6,000 ft. Showers should begin shutting down on Thursday with a warming and drying trend beginning on Friday and into the weekend.
