Windy & Cooler & Rainy Sunday?

After days of hot, dry weather inland we’re seeing things rapidly change up for the weekend. First, we’re seeing system moving inland to our south that pulled in some showers from southeast of the Bay Area this morning. We may manage a few more showers for the start of the day especially near the coastal hills, before trending partly cloudy and windy for the afternoon. Highs should be noticeably cooler inland as well with 70s to lower 80s. Clouds fill in again tonight with continued breezy conditions with rain likely for parts of the North Bay by Sunday morning. Scattered showers will follow for the rest of the Bay Area into the early afternoon before things calm down heading into Sunday evening. Just as soon as the rain arrives, our weather pattern will flip/flop again to another Summer-like stretch of 80s/90s inland starting Tuesday through Thursday.
