After Long Quiet, Guantanamo Grows Tense

After a long period of quiet, the Guantanamo Bay Naval Base has grown increasingly tense, with more than half of the prisoners refusing to eat and nearly everyone locked down for most of the day since a violent clash with guards in early April.
