High School Grad Born Without Arms Makes Art With Her Feet

Born without arms, 18-year-old Sonia Boyer was abandoned by her parents in India before being adopted by a couple from Minnesota. Now a recent high school graduate, Boyer is an impressive artist, using her toes to draw and sculpt. “She’s got a gift for what she’s doing already,” her art teacher said. She hopes to take her talents to the Minneapolis College of Art and Design.
