Suspect Surrenders After Hourslong Standoff in Philadelphia

A man accused of shooting six Philadelphia police officers during a lengthy standoff and hostage situation is in custody after surrendering to police. A SWAT team shot tear gas into the home before the suspect walked out around midnight.
