Biden Calls on Governors to Issue Mask Mandates

During a campaign speech on Thursday, Joe Biden called on governors to instate mask mandates for the next three months and urged Americans to wear a mask to slow the spread of the coronavirus. “Be a patriot. Protect your fellow citizens,” he said. He added that Americans should “step up” and “do the right thing.”
