Neighbors Robbed by ‘Cat Bandit'

Neighbors living on West 16th Avenue in Kennewick, Washington have seen a rise in burglaries, but the culprit has been found. One of the residents’ cat, Dory, has been roaming around the neighborhood taking items left on porches. The cat’s owner has set up a lost and found bucket in her yard so that victims of the cat burglar can collect the items that Dory got her paws on.
