Suspect Arrested in Colton, Moreno Valley Shootings

A man was arrested early Thursday in an armed standoff at a San Diego taco shop that followed two fatal shootings, a series of crimes that began Wednesday and spanned three Southern California counties, authorities said. Hetty Chang reports for the NBC4 News at Noon on Thursday Dec. 24, 2015.
