Man Accused of Spreading HIV to Stay Off Dating Sites

On Tuesday, a judge ordered 29-year-old Thomas Guerra to stay off dating sites, specifically Grindr. Guerra is accused of knowingly spreading HIV to at least one partner. NBC 7’s Matt Rascon explains why the judge refused to raise the defendant’s bail.
