Metro to Shut Down Rail System at Midnight for at Least 24 Hours

The entire D.C. Metro system will shut down for 24 hours starting at midnight and lasting for the entire day Wednesday for an emergency investigation, two sources tell News4’s Tom Sherwood and Adam Tuss.
