Michael Phelps is on his way to becoming the most decorated Olympian of all time, having qualified for the men's 200m butterfly Monday. Phelps came came in with the fifth fastest time and finished third in his heat, trailing Dinko Jukic of Austria and U.S. teammate Tyler Clary. Both Phelps and Clary will advance to the semifinals at 3:32 p.m. ET. Clary, a first-time Olympian, famously made headlines when he criticized Phelps' work ethic. "I think the things he could have done if he'd worked as hard as I do would have been even more incredible than what he has pulled off," Clary said. If Phelps makes it in the top 8 during the semifinals, he will advance to the final on July 31. Phelps already has a silver medal for the 4x100 team relay.
