NC to Allow Pepper Spray at Some High Schools

Pepper spray could soon be permitted at every high school in North Carolina’s Rowan-Salisbury school district. During a work session on Monday, May 9, 2016, the board members voted to change the language of the rules about weapons, clearing the way for students to carry defensive sprays on campus.
