Parsky: Raising Taxes – “Bad Idea”

Republican presidential adviser and Los Angeles business executive Gerry Parsky talks about how the California government raises and spends money. He says raising taxes is a bad idea. Parsky is chairman of the Aurora Capital Group and has served under the past five Republican administrations. He has also served in various bi-partisan economic commissions.
