A Tropical Paradise Home Rich In History

631 Parra Grande is a celebrated estate in Santa Barbara. It’s affectionately called “El Fureidis” which means “tropical paradise” and with its mountain and ocean views it’s easy to see how this estate got its name. This episode of Open House was hosted from 910 5th Ave., New York.
