Woman, Service Dog Graduate From College Together

A woman and her service dog both graduate from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. The service dog, a golden retriever named Chief, was given his own cap and gown to participate in the graduation ceremony. WBAL’s Lowell Melser reports.
