Teacher Suspended Over KKK Homework

A teacher from a Milwaukee, Wisconsin charter school was suspended after she told students to write a paper defending the Ku Klux Klan. A letter given to the parent of a student said “The goal of this paper is not teach the students the Klan was correct in their behavior, but rather to teach the students to write persuasively.”
