Video Shows Moment Manatee Rescued From Storm Drain

Dozens gathered Wednesday afternoon to watch crews rescue a manatee from a storm drain in Jacksonville, Florida, after it was trapped for nearly three hours. City officials say the animal was stuck in a 36-inch pipe. The manatee was found by a pavement crew that was working in the area at the time. Officials say the manatee has a little bruising, but is still alive.
