Chicago's Top Cop on City's Violence: ‘I'm Just Sick of It'

Chicago’s top cop expressed his frustration after an especially bloody weekend in Chicago that saw 52 people shot. Forty of those victims had prior police contact, being arrested for a combined 672 times. Mary Ann Ahern reports.
