Midterm elections are barely over, and already we’re looking at the state’s political future. Where voter interest was tepid two weeks ago, it should rebound starting in 2016, as the state’s two US Senate seats and governorship come up for grabs. NBC Bay Area political analyst Larry Gerston reports.
