Voter Protection or Voter Repression?

Voter turnout for the 2020 presidential election was the highest percentage of eligible participants since 1900. Now, legislators in 43 states are proposing more than 250 laws designed to restrict voter access. NBC Bay Area political analyst Larry Gerston explains.
