Challenging the Education System

The more education we have, the more doors of opportunity it opens. But, systemic racism in that very system may impact how teachers educate and what students learn. NBC Bay Area’s Marcus Washington spoke with Dr. Sean Fletcher, a diversity and inclusion training consultant on this issue.
