Kevin Durant Chimes in on Kyrie Irving, Cavaliers Trade Drama

Kevin Durant has weighed in on the current drama surrounding Kyrie Irving and their Cleveland Cavaliers.

During a news conference Friday in Noida, India, Durant said "I really don't care about the Kyrie Irving situation. I just want guys in the league to be happy wherever they're playing and have some fun playing ball.

Wherever that is for Kyrie, I hope he finds that."

Reports are Irving requested a trade on July 7. And the latest reports say six teams have made an offer for the point guard's services.

In the same quote, Durant told NBA Academy attendees, "LeBron James is a phenomenal player. I got a chance to play on his team in the Olympics in 2012 and learnt a lot from him."

Durant led that 2012 Gold Medal Olympic team in scoring with 19.5 points per game and was second in rebounding behind current Cavalier Kevin Love.

In eight games, James averaged 13-5-5.
