Draymond Green was right after all.
The NBA issued the Last Two Minute Report for Game 4 of the Warriors-Rockets second-round playoff series and there was one incorrect non-call.
With about 1:17 left in the fourth quarter, James Harden should have been called for an offensive foul:
"Harden (HOU) brings his arm downward and to his left and makes contact to the top of Thompson's (GSW) head/neck area during his follow-through."

So what was Draymond Green right about?
After the Warriors' Game 1 win over Houston, he told reporters: "I've been fouled by James on a James 3-pointer before."
And it looks like that is exactly what happened early in the third quarter of Game 4, but there was no whistle.
So in the "All 48 Minute Report," it's safe to assume it says James Harden should have been called for an offensive foul for his follow through against Draymond Green on this 3-pointer pic.twitter.com/Y8b3nj6Jtq— Drew Shiller (@DrewShiller) May 7, 2019
The Last Two Minute Report for Game 3 ruled that Harden should have been called for charging with about 27 seconds left.

Then again, the report favored the Dubs in Game 1.
All that matters is the series is tied at two games apiece and Game 5 should be incredible.
